Good job... your calm carries over into your child.
Nan has to have a few words with the great granddaughter about all this "girl stuff"!
I LOVE Pam's face... YES... she is a wonderful grandmother!!!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE that God saw fit to place a girl in her grandmother arms first!
EE had double ear infections, so she gets to come to the Thursday lunch too...
The two youngest grandgirls... check out each other... and say... YEP... THAT'LL DO!!!
Time for Sunday Family Lunch... Today... since Wibby got knocked in the jaw
with a pipe (PUT ARNICA ON IT WIBBY!!)
we have King Ranch Casserole... and PopT made brownies for dessert
plus a great salad, fruit... and ALWAYS... macaroni and cheese!
THEN... the best part.... (after the question... Why is is good to be neighbors here
on our little country road?)
Play time in the living room!
YES... that is a fire in the fireplace in April... only in the 60s on this rainy Sunday!
PopT takes the big boys into our bedroom and tells them
"pick out the one you like, and you can carry it for the day..."
TR picks a black one "like my Dad's"
and SJ picks a silver one with a scissor on it...
Mr. Cody is always the BEST to have around... we love it when he gets to join us!
He truly has a gift when it comes to kids...
I sorta feel like they are drawn to him as I believe children were drawn to Jesus
so easily and comfortably. A SAFE place is KNOWN by these of pure hearts!
It's clear when it's time to go home....
usually the play time is disintegrating into minor squabbles, but today,
it's apparent that it is not only the kids who will be napping....
Another Sunday lunch comes to a happy close with everyone going to their own
cozy beds.... then off to the red barn to take the training wheels of the bikes!
GO boys... you can do it!
