In one fell swoop... my huge leaved trees got naked and bare!The freezing temps brought Fall to it's knees and leaves to our porches, pool and yard!
Sunday lunch now consists of soups, stews and warm breads!
I love how easily this old tradition has been incorporated into our family... EASY!
.... and there's always the after lunch tussles... this time with KG showing us the Elvis dance her Dad taught her... Yes... HER DAD!!!
UIL for KG was a rather harrowing experience as we prayed and waited for the competitors to return home on the icy roads!
Safely back.... we can just say... THANK YOU FATHER for Your providence over our family!Thank You Lord that we live in Texas where it can be 20 degrees one day and 60 the next...
Icy cold one morning, and 50MPH winds the next... but
whether the weather is hot or cold outside....
