The one who made you feel like you needed to hide, and yet you wanted to keep that special one in your view all the time?
Our little 3 year old boy TS found his first love (besides mom) while he was watching
his sister play softball....Her name is
Missssss Lawwwen.... or Lauren for those of you who don't know little 3 year old boy talk.
It happened in the midst of Summer blossoms that his little heart was stolen right away!
"Mommy, I put Miss Lawwen in Jesus' hands today"... he told his mom as he'd said a special prayer for the sweet young lady and put a stone into the hands at the prayer chapel just for her.
Again... the rains are unprecedented for this year, and the chapel arbor is cool and green!
Miss Laween stole his heart because she'd sit in the grass and build "fires" with sticks to roast unsuspecting bad guys on a skewer.... a REAL treat for a little guy who was used to digging in the dirt and playing trucks with the other siblings of the other players.... This girl was all about "what do you wanna do S?".... straight to his little tender tough heart!
I hope you know, Miss Lawwen.... you have been given a gift!
I pray for each of my precious ones that the ones who draw their hearts are worthy of the honor of that gift!
I pray that the LORD bless them and keep them safe and may the joys always outweigh the hurts.... LORD keep them pure and let their standards be set high as only YOU can give them eyes to see what is right and worthy of their deepest feelings.
