After our abundance of rains this season, the loading dock at the red building fills up with the runoff. As it fills, we've found that there are great little treasures beneath the depths, crawdads and frogs have come in on the legs of the birds who are finding a cool drink in the middle of the hot fork in the highway.

Mud boots were a prerequisite for the adventure in the loading dock, along with buckets and dip nets... all set to hunt the clawed bayou critters along with their leaping roommates.

"I got one"... was the excited cry over and over as the buckets began to fill.
Watching from the sidelines was a hot steamy business... and I was glad when they decided it was time to take them to the lily pond behind the house for release.
After making sure whose creatures were whose.... the release program proceeded....

"do you think they're gonna be happy in their new home Tahtee?"
"OH you can be assured of that one boys.... the heron won't be able to find those frogs and crawdads under these pretty lily pads.... so yes, they will like this move!"
Fun day with PopT... always an adventure..... GUY STYLE!!!
