she SEES as others spin and twirl, watching with years beyond her age...
she loves with depth that lets those in her presence feel the peace of her heart...
and the quiet of her soul
and the facades of that others might choose, fall away as she takes her place in the world.... 
for this one was called to nurture, to hear, to see,
and to stand on the wall for all those placed in her care...
she saw the birth of each one that came after... and she sees them... 
she holds them not just her arms, but with her heart....
Laugh my precious first born.... you always think of those around you first... but today...
know that you are surrounded by so great a cloud.... maybe these are not the "witnesses" of scripture, but it has always seemed, you were surrounded!!! Wasn't it Jay that gave you the little "mother" angel... holding the baby so tenderly... with the words.... "you've been the one who 'mothered' all of us who came after...." (or something to that extent)... he may not have known at that young age the "call" on your life,
but he spoke the anointing from a sweet cousin's heart.
He saw!
and today.... you will begin another year on this earth.......oh how I remember the day.... YOU CHANGED MY WORLD forever......making it better just by your being exactly what you are! My wonderful, beautiful, gracious firstborn! You learned well in the physical about your place in the spiritual...
not only do you give your gift to the ones pictured here,
but also to so many not in these pictures.
I pray for you as you walk that path that is not always the easiest or the most comfortable.... but oh so rewarding.... There are those who know.... and know you.... what a gift you are to us precious one.... what a gift!
